They offer many resources, from clinical training, to conferences, to webinar series. It provides both virtual and in-person learning options, and can even customize training programs for you. However, it does require you to join their program, which costs a fee. Overall, I think it could be a good resource for early childhood professionals. 

     I primarily experienced distance learning during my last two years of high school. This was during the time COVID hit and all classes had to move to online. I remember using google classroom a lot, as a way to stay organized and in contact with teachers/assignments. Zoom was another tool we used a lot. I would say both tools were effective at keeping us in contact and facilitating  communication.      Open educational resources are teaching and learning materials that are available to everyone. They are  freely accessible, openly licensed, and can be used, modified, or shared by anyone. This could be resources like textbooks, videos, or lesson plans. A resource I found was a video demonstrating different activities you can create using liquids. This is targeted to lower primary science school teachers and helps give them ideas of difieren activities they can incorporate into their lesson plan.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

I think I acquired lots of new skills, such as user interface design, when putting together the website design. That was my first time making a website and I focused a lot on the CRAP principles. I used them as kind of an outline for how I wanted my website to look, ensuring that my design would be visually appealing and easy to navigate. It helped me determine the layout and make it accessible to everyone visiting it. I liked how you could get creative with it and make it your own. I see myself using these skills as a future educator because I can create a website to facilitate communication between parent and teachers.  QR codes can be a resourceful tool when implemented correctly. There are several ways to get creative with it. Some ideas that come to mind when thinking of different uses for QR codes in the classroom are for surveys/forms. When visiting a school website, they had the information you would expect to see displayed. There is a parent portal, a school news/update page, a calendar of school events, staff directory and more. It also has the contact information of some of the administration, making it easy for parents or students to reach out to them. You can also find the lunch menu, after school programs, and sports page.( https://cym.leeschools.net/ ) I see myself using technology in the classroom as a way to be more efficient. There are many different tools a teacher can use. Personally, I see myself using tools like ChatGPT, google calender, and different academic enrichment games. I think these kinds of tools can help me stay organized and plan ahead. The teaching games can help me make lesson plans more fun and interactive for my students.
